Mahadev Maitri Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U85211HR2024NPL119316). We are 80G approved (PAN: AARCM8387Q), and our operations are governed by our Memorandum and Articles of Association. Our registered office is at F404, Time Residency, Sector 63, Gurgaon, Haryana - India.

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable Indian or international laws.
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its servers.

All donations made through this Website are voluntary and non-refundable unless there is a demonstrable processing error. Donations are processed securely via Razorpay.

80G Tax Exemption: MMF is approved under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donors who are Indian taxpayers may claim deductions on eligible donations. A tax receipt will be issued to the email address provided at the time of donation. MMF is not responsible for individual tax outcomes — please consult your tax advisor.

Refund Policy: If a payment is charged in error or duplicate, contact us within 7 days at Director@MahadevMaitri.Org. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Our school directory contains publicly available data sourced from the Unified District Information System for Education (UDISE), Government of India.
