How to Apply for NSP Scholarships in Punjab

Gather your documents before applying. The most common reason for rejection in Punjab is missing or invalid documentation. Get your income certificate, community certificate, bank passbook, and Aadhaar card ready before opening the NSP portal.

Register or log in at scholarships.gov.in. First-time applicants register with their Aadhaar number. Returning students log in to their existing account and apply for renewal. Ensure your Aadhaar is linked to your bank account before registering.

Punjab Sikh minority students should note that for minority schemes, a certificate from a religious institution is not sufficient — a self-declaration affidavit stating minority community membership is typically the accepted format.
