Tips for Uploading Documents

Scan, Don't Photograph

Use a scanner or a scanning app (like Adobe Scan or CamScanner) to get clear, flat images. Blurry or angled phone photos are a common reason for rejection.

Keep Files Under 2MB

Most portals have a 2MB limit per document. Compress your PDFs and JPEGs before uploading using free tools like Smallpdf or iLovePDF.

Income Certificate

This must be issued by a government authority — tehsildar, SDM, gram pradhan with collector countersign, or BDO. Self-declarations are not accepted.

Aadhaar-Bank Link

Your bank account must be linked to your Aadhaar for DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) of the monthly stipend. Verify this at your bank before applying.

Missing Documents

If you are missing an educational certificate, contact your school or board for a duplicate. Income certificates can be obtained from your local tehsil office.

Keep Originals Ready

During onboarding, the company may ask to verify original documents. Keep your originals safely accessible even after uploading digital copies.
