Support Rural Education
in Rajasthan

In Neemrana, Alwar district, children grow up at the edge of India's fastest-growing industrial corridor β€” yet without preschools, trained teachers, or learning materials. Mahadev Maitri Foundation is on the ground, changing this.

Rajasthan is growing fast. Its village children are being left behind.

Neemrana, in Alwar district, sits on National Highway 48 β€” the spine of the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor. Companies from Japan, South Korea, and Germany have set up factories here. Yet in the villages surrounding this industrial boom, children aged 3–6 have no dedicated preschool. The economic graph is vertical; the education graph is flat.

ASER data consistently shows that Rajasthan's rural children enter Class 1 without the foundational skills they need β€” not because they are less capable, but because they never had access to quality early learning. The first six years are when brains develop fastest. When those years are empty of structured education, the deficit lasts a lifetime.

MMF's founders travel regularly to Neemrana. They have met the families, identified the gaps, and launched programs that match the actual need β€” not what looks good in a fundraising pitch.

Stationery & Materials Drive

We source and distribute notebooks, pencils, reading cards, and age-appropriate books to children in Neemrana. In communities where a pencil is a luxury, this direct support removes the most basic barrier between a child and learning.
