In rural Rajasthan, preschool educators are often paid ₹2,000–₹3,000 per month — a fraction of a fair wage. The result is high turnover, low morale, and a revolving door of faces for children who need consistency above all else. MMF refuses this model. Our preschool in Neemrana will pay ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month for qualified, trained educators.
