At Mahadev Maitri Foundation, we firmly believe in the potential of women to create positive change in society. Many women, especially housewives or those who have taken career breaks, often face challenges when trying to re-enter the workforce. However, we understand the unique strengths they bring and want to offer opportunities that allow them to contribute professionally while balancing personal commitments.
Our Part-Time, Remote, Incentive-Based Jobs initiative is specifically designed to support women who want to work on their own terms, from the comfort of their homes. Whether you are looking to reignite your career, explore new skills, or earn supplemental income, these flexible roles provide the perfect platform for you to grow professionally while making a tangible difference in the world.
As an organization dedicated to social causes, we offer much more than just a job. By joining our team, you will be part of a movement that aims to empower communities and uplift individuals, all while working within a supportive, flexible, and inclusive environment. Here’s why working with us is a unique opportunity:
Work-Life Balance: All positions are part-time and remote, meaning you can work from anywhere and at any time that suits your schedule. Whether it’s managing family responsibilities or personal interests, our roles give you the flexibility to do it all.
Performance-Based Earnings: Our roles are structured around incentives. You earn based on your performance, allowing you to have control over your workload and income. The more you contribute, the more you can earn.
Re-Entry with Confidence: We understand that taking a break from the workforce can sometimes make it hard to jump back in. That’s why we offer training and mentorship, helping you build or refresh the skills you need to excel. Our goal is to help you regain your confidence in a professional setting.
Purpose-Driven Work: Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of creating a more equitable society. Each task you complete will help us move closer to achieving our social goals, making your work meaningful and impactful.
Opportunities for Growth: While our roles are part-time and incentive-based, there is potential for growth. As you become more comfortable with the work and excel, you may be offered additional responsibilities or opportunities to take on larger projects.
